Privacy Policy
How Neon Brick Rush handles game progress, advertising information, and privacy choices.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Neon Brick Rush, an Android arcade game published by One More Bug Games. The game can be played without creating an account or providing a name or email address.
2. Game progress stored on your device
Neon Brick Rush stores game information locally on your device so that features work between play sessions. This may include high scores, level and board progress, saved runs, music and gameplay preferences, selected ball and paddle styles, and earned or unlocked cosmetic rewards.
One More Bug Games does not operate an account system or its own online server for uploading these saved-game records. Your device's operating system may independently provide backup or restore functions, depending on your settings.
3. Advertising and data processed by Google
Neon Brick Rush integrates Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements, such as videos players can choose to watch for a gameplay continuation or a permanent cosmetic unlock. Google's Mobile Ads software may collect or process information when the advertising system runs, even if you do not complete a rewarded ad.
Depending on your device, settings, region, and Google's services, this information can include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
- Device or advertising identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID;
- App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad impressions or video views; and
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, technical errors, or other SDK performance measurements.
Google and its advertising partners may use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit abuse and fraud, support advertising operations, and improve their services. Advertising-related information is handled under Google's policies and applicable privacy choices. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK uses encryption in transit.
To learn more, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services.
4. Your advertising choices
Rewarded ads are optional: you may continue using the game without choosing a rewarded-ad offer, subject to the game's normal rules. On Android, you can review advertising-related controls in your device's privacy and advertising settings. Where required, additional consent or privacy choices may be presented through the advertising service.
Privacy controls and the availability of personalized advertising may vary by region, age, and device settings.
5. Purchases and payment information
Neon Brick Rush does not currently offer active in-app purchases. Shop items may be shown as previews of possible future features. The game does not ask you to enter payment-card information.
6. Data retention and deletion
Locally saved game information remains on your device until it is deleted through an in-game option, where available, or by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. Clearing the app's storage may permanently remove your scores, saved runs, preferences, and cosmetic unlocks. Android device backups, if enabled, may have separate retention and deletion controls.
Google and other advertising participants determine retention of information they process under their own privacy policies and applicable law. We do not have direct access to delete individual records stored in Google's advertising systems.
You may contact us about a privacy or deletion request using the address below. Because Neon Brick Rush does not require an account, we may not be able to associate advertising-service data with a particular player.
7. Security
We use local game storage for saved progress and rely on platform and third-party service protections for their respective data processing. Google indicates that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted while transmitted. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children and families
Neon Brick Rush does not ask players to create profiles or submit their names or contact details. Parents and guardians who have concerns about their child's use of the game or its advertising features can contact us. Audience settings and advertising practices will be managed according to applicable platform rules and law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, advertising arrangements, or legal requirements change. The current version will be available on this page, with an updated effective date when appropriate.
